As a large broadcaster with major traffic-driving events looming, this business experienced a surge in demand for its digital advertising. To meet this demand, the organisation collaborated with industry leaders like Tealium to create seamless integrations for aligning first-party audiences and sharing segments via Adobe Audience Manager. With deadlines looming closer as events approached, the business engaged Vivanti to address this challenge effectively.
Vivanti leveraged Google Cloud Platform to develop streaming services, enabling audience matching with first-party data, reporting on match rates, and segment publishing to Adobe Audience Manager. The project included defining message schema for subscription and unsubscription events, constructing a deterministic identity-matching algorithm for precise targeting, and integrating APIs to automate processes across platforms. Deployment followed Infrastructure-as-Code practices, utilizing technologies such as Tealium CDP, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, dbt, Cloud Composer, Kubernetes, AAM API, and Terraform.
As a result of the engagement, Vivanti exceeded expectations by completing the integration project in less than half of the initially estimated time. This efficiency not only saved considerable time but also enabled Nine to reallocate our expert resources toward developing additional data partner integrations. This accomplishment optimized advertising operations and strengthened its ability to manage high-demand events, enhancing overall business agility and technological resilience.
