Overview
The Vivanti team engaged stakeholders across the organisation’s Data, Product, Marketing and Publishing domains to distill functional requirements for the target data platform.
The Vivanti expertise in cloud, digital and ML domains allowed a modern set of data capabilities for Extract Load, Transform and acivate data through proprietary customer engagement channels.
Our team integrated with the commercial intelligence team to co-create a data model, semantic layer and the relevant integrations for the team to build upon and extend in an expedited timeline.
As a result of the engagement, the number of ingestion and transformation steps were reduced by 50% , with integration into Studio and global communication channels driving hyper-localized, hyper-personalized engagements with gamers across titles and franchises. A truly omnichannel experience was developed for players, driving retention and return player activities.
