"It's possibly the worst-kept secret, but I'm over the moon to finally share more details about our new venture," said Casey Walker. "Sam Lloyd and I have teamed up again after countless meetings and whiteboards spent sharing ideas and business beliefs. We're set on creating a business designed to add genuine value - not only to its customers but also to consultants, employees, and communities alike. Casey went on to add; “Our initial plan was to actually start just as the two of us. We met Tony Nicol (CEO) in early 2024 to help validate our business ideas, but it was clear after our first conversation there was a lot of synergy. After Tony and Tim Mannah, (AUS New South Wales Lead), explained their plans for Vivanti, it was what you call a no-brainer. From the start, when we met Tony and Tim, we wanted to create a consultancy that stood for something more. We've all worked in great, fast-growing businesses, but when the exit event is solely based around selling the business, it can drive the wrong behaviours, purely focusing on the destination and not the journey. Our view, completely aligned with that of Tony and Tim, is that we can grow a sustainable business that truly gives our consultants the empowerment to grow, but just as important, the time and space to do that.
